Moving cost depends on the volume of goods, distance, floor and lift access, type of packing and whether you choose transit insurance. We give an itemised written quote after a free survey.

Yes. Transit insurance is available as an option on every move and is explained in the written quote before you confirm.

We are open Mon–Sat: 9 AM – 8 PM and Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM. Moving jobs can be scheduled outside these hours when city truck-entry rules require it.

Yes. We transport cars and bikes locally and between cities using car carriers and closed containers, with the vehicle documented and photographed at pickup.

Book 3 to 7 days ahead for local moves and 7 to 15 days ahead for intercity moves. Month-end dates fill fastest, so book earlier if your move falls in the last week of a month.

Yes. We bring all packing material, including bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, stretch film, tape and cartons. It is included in the quote.

Yes. We regularly plan office moves for evenings, Sundays and holidays so your staff can start work at the new office with minimal downtime.

Computers, monitors and printers are packed in padded cartons, cables are bagged and tagged with each machine, and all equipment travels in closed container trucks. Optional transit insurance is available.

Yes. We handle factory and warehouse shifts in the Neemrana Japanese Zone, the RIICO industrial areas and nearby industrial belts, as well as moves to other states.

Yes. We can phase the move line by line or section by section, so part of the plant keeps running while the rest is shifted. The sequence is agreed with you before work starts.

Keep a copy of the registration certificate (RC), valid insurance and your ID proof ready. We note these in the pickup paperwork along with the vehicle condition report.

Keep only a small amount of fuel, enough to drive the vehicle on and off the carrier. Remove personal items and valuables from the car before pickup.

Yes. Packing and unpacking can be booked as standalone services in Neemrana and nearby towns, even if you have arranged your own vehicle.

We use bubble wrap, foam sheets, double-wall cartons, corrugated rolls, stretch film and tape, chosen to suit each item. All material is brought by our team.

Yes. Both short-term storage of a few weeks and longer storage of several months are available near Neemrana. The price depends on the volume and duration.

Yes. Every carton is numbered and you receive a written item list at pickup, so you know exactly what is in storage.

Nearby cities such as Delhi, Gurugram and Jaipur usually take 1 to 2 days. Distant cities such as Mumbai, Pune or Bengaluru can take several days. We confirm the expected delivery date in your quote.

A dedicated truck carries only your goods and goes straight to your city, so it is faster. A shared truck carries loads for more than one customer, which lowers the cost but can take longer.

Yes. We prepare an item-wise inventory and guide you through the documents needed for export and for customs at the destination country.

Sea freight suits larger volumes such as full household goods and costs less, but takes longer. Air freight is faster and suits smaller shipments of essential items.

Factory raw material and finished goods, machinery parts, shop and warehouse stock, furniture and household goods. Tell us the load type and approximate weight or volume and we suggest a suitable vehicle.
